Delays in client-provided inputs may affect project timelines. Client deliverables are governed by project contracts. Unless otherwise agreed, we retain ownership of pre-existing methodologies, templates, and frameworks. Final brand assets are transferred according to contract terms upon full payment. We may display completed work in our portfolio with your permission.

Project contracts specify the number of revision rounds included in each deliverable phase. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur supplementary fees. Client approval at each project milestone is required before we proceed to subsequent phases. Failure to provide feedback within agreed timeframes may result in project timeline adjustments.

Our work may involve third-party platforms and tools. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. The Google Maps embed on our contact page is subject to Google's terms of use.

9. Disclaimers

The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Brand and marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors including market conditions, product quality, and client implementation. We do not guarantee specific business results unless explicitly stated in a signed contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Your Brand shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Website use. Total liability for Website-related claims shall not exceed SGD 500, except where exclusion is prohibited by Singapore law.

14. Payment terms

For contracted services, payment schedules are defined in project agreements. Standard terms require a deposit before work commences, with remaining balances due at agreed milestones. Late payments may incur suspension of work until accounts are settled. All fees are quoted in Singapore dollars unless otherwise specified.

Either party may terminate a project engagement according to the cancellation terms in the signed contract. Work completed up to the termination date remains billable. Deposits for work not yet commenced may be refunded partially depending on resources already allocated, as specified in the project agreement.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect.

19. Force majeure

We may request permission to feature completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. You may decline or revoke permission at any time. No client work will be published without prior approval unless already publicly visible through your own channels.

24. Dispute resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve disputes arising from these Terms or Website use. If negotiation fails within thirty days, either party may pursue remedies available under Singapore law through the courts of Singapore.

25. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Live Your Brand.

26. Survival

Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination of these Terms and continue to bind both parties after you stop using the Website or after a project engagement ends.

These Terms are written in English. If translated versions are provided for convenience, the English version prevails in case of any discrepancy or ambiguity in interpretation.
