Brand strategy

Positioning, messaging, and audience research — written down before anyone designs a logo.

Strategy is the brief for everything else

Without a written position, design becomes taste, and campaigns become a sequence of one-off ideas. We write a platform your organisation can share: who you serve, why you exist in the category, how you sound, and what you never claim.

That document is the brief for identity, website copy, ads, and hiring. If it cannot survive a sceptical sales meeting, we rewrite it.

What the work includes

How we run a strategy project

Week one is listening. We read what you already have — decks, website, sales scripts — and talk to the people who close deals and answer customer questions.

Week two is synthesis: a draft platform, tensions called out in plain language, and options where the business still has a real choice to make.

We end with a signed-off platform, not a parking lot of “to be confirmed” slides. Creative and content work can start from there, with us or with your other partners.

When strategy is overdue

Two product lines sharing one logo. A rebrand that never reached the website. A founder story that only the founder can tell. These are strategy problems before they are design problems.

What you walk away with

Positioning, personality, audience, messages, and tone — short enough to brief a designer or a copywriter without a two-hour call.

Investment

Brand strategy projects start from SGD 4,200 for focused positioning. Scope grows with research depth, number of stakeholders, and whether naming is included. You get a written proposal after a discovery call — no fixed price card that ignores your brief.
